What are the shipping costs?
We offer standard free worldwide shipping. At the check-out we have the following shipping methods to choose from: Free standard shipping (PostNL flat-rate shipping), Registered shipping with PostNL Track&Trace or Express shipping with Fedex Express. The prices of PostNL Track&Trace and Fedex Express you will find at the check-out.
When do I receive my order?
Orders placed on business days before 14:00 pm, will be shipped that same day. During SALE and other promotions, it can take a little longer. We ship orders via PostNL & FedEx. Within the Nederlands, PostNL and Fedex deliver within 1 day. We are not responsible for delays by PostNL or Fedex. We also ship internationally by PostNL and FedEx. The international delivery duration varies per country. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.
How do I track my order?
We handle standard free flat rate shipping (flat-rate shipping is not traceable). We do offer a delivery guarantee. If your order is traceable depends on the chosen shipping method. When you have chosen registered or express shipping, you can follow your order with track&trace. In this case, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.
My silver jewelry been discolored/tarnished, what now?
All our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. A quality of silver is that it changes color, but that is never lasting. Funny enough, not all silver pieces react the same and some pieces can show discoloration sooner than others. Even while wearing it. When you have not worn silver for a while, it can also change color. An increased psychical acidity can make silver darker. Avoid chemicals as much as possible and alway be careful with chlorine as this can give silver a temporary very dark, almost black haze. It comes down to the fact that silver need to be polished from time to time to keep it shiny! Cleaning silver can be easily done by soaping it, under the show (when wearing the silver) or in a little container with some soap and a tooth brush. Polishing with a polishing cloth specially made for silver or a silver bath are very suitable for cleaning silver as well. My gold plating has been discolored/tarnished, what now?
Our gold-plated jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver with a 14K golden layer. Our gold-plated pieces have to be take care of with thought, especially our bracelets, necklaces and rings. Avoid humidity, chemicals, perfumes and lotions and don't wear the jewelry while playing sports/working out, swimming, washing your hands and showering. An increased physical acidity can make the golden layer let loose. Avoid scratched on your gold-plated jewelry as much as possible as these scratches are the main cause of discoloration. Therefore, you need to be careful with your gold-plated bracelets, necklaces and rings because these are more often than not used in such a way that they are in contact with other objects/jewerly. Gold-plated earrings can most likely be worn 24/7. Just be careful when you are on vacation and full on in the sun.

How can I make a return?
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund. Simply fill in the form that came with your order and send it back to us, to the address given below. We guarantee an exchange or refund if the items are returned in perfect and unworn condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you need to arrange and cover the return shipment and that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. fashionology cannot be held responsible for the lost or damage of the returned item(s), therefore we advise you to return your goods with registered mail. Please make sure you pack your return in its original packaging to prevent any damage to the items. Retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed. Depending on where you’re from returns can take up to 21 working days to get back to us. Refunds will be made onto the same account you paid the order with.
